How do I place an order?
- Navigate to SHOP section. Browse through all the available products.
- Add desired items to cart. Make sure to check the size guide first. Size guide link is also located in the products' description.
- Proceed to checkout. Fill out the form provided.
- Once you have received an Order Confirmation from firstname.lastname@example.org, Settle your payment by replying a screenshot/picture of the Proof of Payment to the Order Confirmation you have received.
- Wait for an e-mail confirmation from email@example.com for your orders' shipping update.
What mode of payments are available?
For all areas within the Philippines, we accept payments through BPI, BDO, GCash and PayMaya ONLY.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping fee is fixed rate of 150php for all areas within the Philippines. All parcels will be shipped through J&T or by our personal delivery team (within Metro Manila) and tracking numbers will be sent on your email or contact number within 24 hours after shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently don’t have international shipping right now, only local/domestic deliveries. But if you still have relatives/friends that are still living here in the Philippines we can ship it to them.
How long would it take for my order to arrive?
Lead Time for:
Metro Manila: 2-3 days
Provincial: 3-5 days
Shipping schedule cannot be guaranteed. Any delays caused by weather conditions, courier's internal issues, or other fortuitous events are beyond our control.
What if I don't receive my order within the supposed delivery date?
On some occasions where the courier fails to ship your order on the specified delivery date, kindly contact us or J&T customer support. We have no control over any delays caused by J&T. Rest assured, we will coordinate with our courier and update you as often as we can. All products are strictly non-refundable.
What is your return and exchange policy?
To maintain the quality of our products, we do not allow returns or exchange. However, if we ship you a damaged or wrong item, we will replace it and shoulder any shipping costs that should incur.
